摘 要:以交联的壳聚糖微球为载体,4-氨基邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为模板分子,以α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,二乙醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,合成了对邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)具有特异性识别和吸附功能的新型分子印迹聚合物。通过红外光谱、核磁共振、扫描电镜表征其分子结构,利用紫外光谱测定该分子印迹微球对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的选择识别性能,并构建了理论识别模型方程。结果表明,成功合成了PAEs新型核-壳结构型分子印迹微球,其对DBP表现出优异的选择吸附性能,印迹因子α=3.17,选择因子β=2.17。构建的理论方程定量解析出该分子印迹聚合物微球识别模板分子符合Scatchard模型与Langmuir模型,并显示出优异的动态吸附特性。有关结果为PAEs污染物的去除与分离提供了有益参考。The novel molecularly imprinted polymer which has specific recognition ability to phthalie acid esters( PAEs) was prepared by taking crosslinked chitosan microsphere as carriers,4-aminodinbutyl phthalate as template molecular,α-methyl methacrylate as functional monomer and ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent. The compositions and structure were characterized by IR,13C-NMR and SEM. The selective recognition ability of the molecularly imprinted polymer to PAEs was determined by UV,and the theoretical equations were established. The experimental results show that the novel molecularly imprinted polymer microsphere to PAEs is prepared successfully,which has the excellent selective adsorption ability to dibutyl phthalate( DBP). The imprinting factor α is 3. 17,and the select factor βis 2. 17. The theoretical equation of Scatchard model quantitatively reveals that the molecularly imprinted polymer has two types of recognition sites to the template molecular,and the dynamic theoretical equation reflects its excellent adsorption characteristics. The relevant results can provide beneficial reference for the removal and separation of PAEs pollutants.
