摘 要:针对聚乳酸结晶速率慢和冲击强度低的问题,考察了熔融共混添加成核剂TMC-210对PLLA结晶、熔融行为和力学性能的影响。研究发现,纯L-聚乳酸(PLLA)在10℃/min降温过程中不结晶,当TMC-210质量分数为0.2%时,PLLA就能显著结晶,并且随着TMC-210含量的增加,结晶峰移向高温。从等温结晶结果看,TMC-210的添加使得PLLA结晶时间缩短,结晶速率加快。另外,PLLA的成核密度增加且球晶尺寸减小,同时,TMC-210质量分数为0.2%时,PLLA的冲击强度提高了3.3倍。因此,添加TMC-210是一种能够促进PLLA结晶和增韧的有效成核剂。In order to solve the problem of slow crystallization rate and low impact strength,the nucleating agent TMC-210 was introduced into poly( L-lactic acid)( PLLA) via melt blend. The effects of TMC-210 on crystallization,melting behavior,and mechanical properties of PLLA were investigated. It is found that pure PLLA has no crystallization peak upon cooling at 10 ℃ / min. However,with loading 0. 2% TMC-210,PLLA can complete crystallization,and the crystallization peak shifts to higher temperature with increasing the TMC-210 content. Isothermal crystallization analysis reveals that the addition of TMC-210 leads to shorter crystallization time and faster crystallization rate of PLLA. Besides,the nucleation density of PLLA increases and the spherulite size decreases. When the TMC-210 mass fraction is 0. 2%,the impact strength of PLLA is enhanced by 3. 3 times. Therefore,adding nucleating agent TMC-210 is an effective approach to promote the crystallization rate and impact strength of PLLA.
