摘 要:利用自主设计的微层挤出装置制备了1,9,81,729层4种具有不同层数的聚氯乙烯(PVC)/CaCO_3试样。通过扫描电镜、流变仪、超声波监测仪、增塑剂迁移和力学性能测试分别对试样的结构、取向度,增塑剂迁移稳定性和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,微层挤出软聚氯乙烯分子链由卷曲状态变为更加有序的线型状态,排列更加紧凑,试样表现出优异的抑制增塑剂迁移性能;纳米碳酸钙可以进一步抑制PVC中增塑剂的迁移,且层倍增单元中的持续剪切作用能够有效分散PVC中的纳米碳酸钙,在降低增塑剂迁移的同时提高复合材料力学性能。Four kinds of PVC / CaCO_3 sheets with different layers were prepared through self-developed micro-layer extrusion device. The structure and degree of orientation of the sample,plasticizer migration stability and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the morphology of PVC molecule chains changes from coiled state into linear ordered state. the linear alignment is more compact,the samples show excellent plasticizer migration stability; nano calcium carbonate can further inhibit the migration of plasticizer in PVC,and the continue shear action in the device can effectively disperse the nano calcium carbonate in PVC,and improve the mechanical properties of composite materials while reducing the migration of plasticizer.
