稳心颗粒联合倍他乐克治疗老年阵发性心房颤动的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察稳心颗粒联合倍他乐克治疗老年阵发性心房颤动患者的疗效。方法:选择61例老年阵发性房颤患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者应用倍他乐克治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上,加用稳心颗粒治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后每周心房颤动发作次数、房颤持续时间及两组患者服药后的临床疗效。结果:两组患者药物治疗后每周心房颤动发作次数、心房颤动持续时间均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01);临床总有效率观察组患者高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合倍他乐克治疗老年阵发性心房颤动有效,疗效优于单用倍他乐克。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of wenxin granule and Betaloc in treating paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of senile patients. Methods： 61 senile patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the control group and the observation group. The former group was given Betaloc,and the latter group was given Wenxin granule based on the treatment of Betaloc. The frequency and duration time of atrial fibrillation before and after treatment and the efficacy of post-treatment of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The frequency and duration time of atrial fibrillation of the two groups were significantly reduced. The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with difference statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The treatment of Wenxin granule for patients who have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in senile patients is effective,and the treatment combined with Betaloc is more effective than Betaloc alone.
