摘 要:结合SUH409L生产实践,对含钛不锈钢精炼连铸过程中钛收得率的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:随着渣中弱氧化物含量的增加,钢中[Ti]的损失量呈上升趋势;钢中[Al]控制在0.025%~0.03%时,可降低炉渣氧化性,同时可以降低[Ti]损失量;低碱度覆盖剂中(SiO_2)与钢液中[Ti]发生反应,钛损失量增加,使用高碱度中间包覆盖剂,可以使钛损失量降低0.01%~0.02%;通过热力学计算,含钛钢在浇注过程中,容易与空气中的氧气发生反应,良好的保护浇注可以有效提高钛收得率。Based on the production practice of SUH409 L,the factors that affect the titanium yield in stainless steel containing titanium during refining and continuous casting process were investigated.The results indicate that the loss of titanium in the steel increases with the increase of weak-oxidative components in slag.When the aluminum content in the steel is 0.025% ~0.03%,the oxidizability of molten slag decreases and the loss of titanium reduces.With higher SiO_2 contents in the covering flux with lower bacisity,the reaction between the titanium in steel and the Si O2 in covering flux causes the decrease of titanium content.Using the higher basic covering flux can make the loss of titanium down.According to the thermodynamics calculation,the Ti-containing steel can react with the oxygen in air in casting process,thus,the titanium yield can be improved by a better protective casting.
