立式连铸机水平出坯系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：为解决立式连铸机翻转出坯系统和斜出坯系统中地坑深、面积大且维护不便的缺点,设计了立式连铸机水平出坯系统。该水平出坯系统由旋转式整体框架构成,夹辊安装在框架之上,转轴在框架中部,框架可绕转轴进行90°旋转;穿引锭和水平出坯简单,且维护方便;该立式连铸机水平出坯系统特别适合应用于中试设备,可有效缩短立式连铸机总高度。To solve the disadvantages of turnover runout system and oblique runout system for the vertical continuous caster,such as pit is deep and large,and the runout system is difficult to maintain,the horizontal runout system in vertical continuous caster was designed.The horizontal runout system was constituted by rotatable whole frame,pinch rolls mounted on the frame,there is a shaft at the central frame,and the frame can rotate 90° around the shaft,it is easy to drive dummy bar and to runout horizontally,and maintain conveniently;The horizontal runout system is particularly suitable for pilot plant,which can effectively reduce the total height of the vertical continuous caster.
