摘 要:以高铝粉为耐火骨料,以海泡石和CMC作为悬浮剂,研究了一种适用球墨铸铁铸件的水基消失模涂料,分析了各原料加入量对涂料性能的影响。结果显示:增加海泡石的量能提升涂料悬浮性和涂层强度;磷酸二氢铝能提高涂层强度,但会降低涂料透气性;珍珠岩能提高涂料透气性。当海泡石的量为10%,磷酸二氢铝为4%,珍珠岩为12%时,各原料能有最佳的交互作用。Taking high alumina bauxit ore powder as refractory aggregate,sepiolite and CMC as suspending agent,a water-based coating for LFC nodular cast iron was researched,and the effect of each raw materials amount on coating properties was investigated.The results show that increasing the amount of sepiolite suspension can improve coating suspension property and strength.Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate can improve the coating strength,but will reduce the coating permeability.Perlite can improve coating permeability.When the amount of sepiolite is 10%,the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate is 4%,perlite is 12%,the materials have the best interaction.
