摘  要:针对不锈钢泵盖铸件在生产过程中出现的缩松、缩孔等缺陷,利用铸造模拟Any Casting软件对原工艺进行了凝固过程的模拟,结合马氏体不锈钢材料的铸造特点和铸件结构的特性,分析了泵盖铸件原工艺存在的问题,并对其进行优化。优化工艺模拟结果显示,可得到合格的致密铸件,经企业实际生产验证,该优化工艺方案可行。In view of the defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity appeared in production process of stainless steel pump cover castings,the solidification process of the original process was simulated by using Any Casting software.Combining the casting characteristics of martensitic stainless steel and the structural characteristics of the castin,the problems existing in the original process for pump cover castings was analyzed,then the process was optimized.The simulation results of optimized process show that the optimized casting process can obtained the qualified dense castings.Production practice in enterprise indicate that the optimized process scheme is feasible.
