摘　　要：针对ZL114A铝合金铸件产生的铸造缺陷,采用氩弧焊技术和适宜的操作方式,实现了挽救产品的目的。结果表明,该工艺过程有效保证了ZL114A铝合金铸件的补焊品质,满足了使用要求。Aimed at the casting defects in ZL114 A aluminum alloy castings,the argon tungsten-arc welding and correct operation technique were used to ensure the product quality.The results show this repairing welding technology can guarantee the quality of aluminum alloy castings,and meet the use requirements.
