大数据环境下高校图书馆面向科研过程的专利服务研究

摘　　要：大数据时代,高校专利产出的增长和科研环境的改变为图书馆的专利服务带来新的机遇和挑战。以专利产出为目标的科研过程包括科研立项、项目实施和成果管理等环节,面向科研过程的专利服务,可以使图书馆更好地实现专利服务的全程嵌入。文章以扬州大学图书馆的专利服务为例,基于科研流程中不同阶段对专利服务的不同需求与特点,规划制定了专利服务流程,并结合具体实践初步构建了高校图书馆面向科研过程的专利服务内容和模式。In big data era, with the growth of patent output in universities, university library has got new opportunities and challenge. Research innovation process with a goal of the patent output includes the application, implementation and result-based managenment of project. The process-oriented patent services can make it easier for university libraries to realize the whole-process embedded patent services. Meanwhile, taking the patent services of Yangzhou University Library as an example, based on the different requirements and features in different stages of the research process, this paper sets up a working procedure of the patent services and analyzes the contents and models of patent services in research innovation.
