基于和谐视角的广西高校周边环境安全治理模式研究

摘　　要：高校周边环境的安全治理,作为社会治安管理的重要内容,对高校教育活动的开展、学生身心健康发展以及高校安全稳定都有着重要影响。文章在对广西高校周边环境安全现状进行深入调研的基础上,充分吸收国内外高校周边环境安全治理的成功经验,结合广西高校周边环境安全的特点,基于和谐视角构建了广西高校周边环境安全治理的模式,并提出了相应的保障机制。The public security in the surrounding areas of colleges and universities, as the important content of social public security management, has important influence on the development of the educational activities, the development of students＇ physical and mental health, and the security and stability of colleges and universities. Based on the in-depth research into the present situation of Guangxi university environmental security, and fully absorbing the successful experience at home and abroad, the paper constructs the mode of public security in the surrounding areas of Guangxi universities and colleges from the perspective of harmony and puts forward the corresponding safeguard mechanism.
