摘 要:目的了解Rh D阴性血型抗原分布及意义。方法对我院2013年1月—2014年12月57 415例住院患者用血清学方法确认Rh D阴性及表型。结果 57 415例住院患者血型中检出202例Rh D血型阴性,占0.35%,Rh D阴性住院患者的抗原表型分布主要为:ccdee(49.00%)、Ccdee(44.06%)、CCdee(3.96%)、ccd E(1.49%)e、Ccd E(0.99%)和e ccd EE(0.50%)。结论 Rh血型抗原检测对降低输血风险、保障输血安全及进一步提高新生儿溶血病(HDN)的实验室诊断,维护母婴健康都有着非常重要的作用。Objective To understand the distribution and significance of C,C,E and e antigens in patients with RHD blood group negative blood type in our hospital. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital,57415 patients with Rh D were confirmed by serological methods. Results Detected in 57415 cases of hospitalized patients blood type Rh D blood group negative 202 cases(0.35%),The phenotypic distribution of Rh D negative inpatients was mainly:ccdee(49.00%),Ccdee(44.06%),CCdee(3.96%),ccd Ee(1.49%),Ccd Ee(0.99%)and ccd EE(0.50%).Conclusion Rh blood group antigen detection to reduce the risk ofblood transfusion to ensure the safety of blood transfusion and further improve the newborns hemolytic disease(HDN)maintenance of experimental diagnosis of maternal and child health has a very important role.
