胎儿肿瘤产前超声表现特点及在预后评估中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析胎儿肿瘤的产前超声表现特点及在预后评估中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2013年7月—2016年6月期间检查发现的52例胎儿肿瘤的临床资料,对其影像学超声诊断及预后进行统计分析。结果肿瘤出现在颅内6例(11.54%),面部肿瘤7例(13.46%),颈部肿瘤14例(26.93%),胸部肿瘤8例(15.38%),腋窝肿瘤2例(3.85%),腹部及腹膜后肿瘤7例(13.46%),骶尾部肿瘤4例(7.69%),肢体肿瘤3例(5.77%),胎盘肿瘤1例(1.92%)。胎儿结局的预后观察中,终止妊娠29例(55.77%),胎儿胎死宫内6例(11.54%),肿块逐渐消失12例(23.08%),婴幼儿手术后成活5例(9.61%)。结论产前超声检查在胎儿肿瘤诊断中具有较高的应用价值,能够及早发现胎儿肿瘤,且诊断准确率较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the analysis of prenatal ultrasound fetal tumor performance characteristics and application value in the evaluation of prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital on July 2013 to June2016,during the inspection found that the clinical data of 520 cases of fetal tumor,its imaging ultrasound diagnosis and prognosis were analyzed. Results The tumor of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetus,tumor diagnosis in 52 cases of tumor diagnosis and tumor appeared in 6 cases（11.54%）,intracranial facial tumor 7 cases（13.46%）,14 cases of cervical tumor（26.93%）,8 cases of breasts tumor（15.38%）,axillary tumor in 2 cases（3.85%）,abdominal and retroperitoneal tumor 7 cases（13.46%）,4 cases of sacral tail tumor（7.69%）,body tumor in 3 patients（5.77%）,placental tumor 1 case（1.92%）. The prognosis of fetal outcome observed in 29 cases（55.77%）,termination of pregnancy,fetal intrauterine fetus 6 cases（11.54%）,12 cases lumps disappear（23.08%）,infant and young child survival in 5 patients（9.61%）after surgery. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound has high application value in tumor diagnosis fetus,to help identify fetal tumor,and diagnosis accuracy is higher,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
