摘　　要：在分析餐饮废水特点基础上,介绍了国内外餐饮废水的治理现状,分析了餐饮废水的主要处理方法及其特点和工艺选择的原则,进一步探寻符合当前发展状态的餐饮废水治理模式。On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of food and beverage wastewater, this paper introduces the present situation of domestic and overseas wastewater treatment, the main treatment methods of food and beverage wastewater and the principles of its characteristics and process selection were analyzed, explore empirical disposal modes of restaurant wastewater in accordance with the current development situation.
