摘　　要：塑料件中尺寸超厚部分容易使其表面留下收缩痕迹,影响塑料件的表面质量。介绍了超厚塑料件的常规解决方法,提出了塑料件分解的要点,将尺寸超厚部分做成独立嵌件,将嵌件再放入整体件的模具中一起注塑成型,避免了尺寸超厚部分产生收缩痕迹。采用嵌件法对减少塑料件中尺寸超厚部分的表面收缩痕迹有着重要的作用。The section with super-thick size in the injection molded part is prone to shrinkage mark on the surface of the part so that the quality of plastic parts surface is affected. The conventional solutions to the ultra-thick plastic parts were introduced, and the key points to decompose plastic parts were proposed. To be specific, the section with super-thick size is made into an independent insert that then is put into the monobloc mold for the injection molding together, which avoids the shrinkage mark. The insert method plays an important role in reducing the surface shrinkage on the surface of the ultra thick Dart of the Dlastic oarts.
