摘  要:以硫化锌铜荧光粉、聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,通过静电纺丝法(电纺)制备了荧光超细纤维膜,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和荧光分光光度计研究了荧光粉含量对纤维形貌、荧光性能的影响。结果表明,随荧光粉含量的增加,纤维中的荧光粉颗粒量增加,纤维膜中荧光粉晶体含量增加,纤维膜发光强度增加。在保证电纺过程的可纺性和所得纤维膜的基本力学性能的前提下,在荧光粉含量为50%时,所得纤维膜的荧光性能最好。在此优化条件下,制备了硫化锌铜/氘代聚苯乙烯/PVDF超细纤维膜,并测试了其荧光性能。结果表明,氘代聚苯乙烯对纤维膜的荧光性能无影响。With ZnS : Cu phosphors, polystyrene and poly (vinylidene fluoride) as raw materials, the fluorescent ultrafine fibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning. The effect of the phosphors content on the morphology of the electrospun fibers and the fluorescence properties of the fibrous membrane were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results show that the amount of phosphors particles in fibers, the contents of phosphors crystals in the fibrous membranes and fluorescence of the fibrous membranes increased with the increase of the phosphors amounts. Under the premise to ensure the basic mechanical properties of fibrous membranes and the practicability of the electrospinning process, the fluorescence property obtained in the phosphor content of 50% of the resulting fibrous membranes was the best. Under the optimal conditions, the ZnS : Cu/deuterated polystyrene/PVDF ultrafine fibrous membrane was prapared, and its fluorescence property was tested. The results show that the deuterated polystyrene has no effect on the fluorescence property of the fibrous membrane.
