摘 要:文章研究针对20 t/h链条炉实施的低氮燃烧改造技术,提出改善煤炭分布、烟气再循环、优化配风方式等措施,考察了炉膛温度、炉排转速、风机频率等因素对烟气含氧量和NO_X排放浓度的影响。结果表明:排除煤种和炉排分布等外因,改造后烟气含氧量下降了2%~3%,烟气NO_X排放浓度能达到200 mg/m^3以下。低氮燃烧技术是链条炉烟气NO_X控制技术的首选,但考虑到链条炉存在多变负荷和煤种频繁变化的特点,单靠低氮燃烧难以实现NO_X的长期达标排放。According to the implementation of low-NOX combustion transformation technology for 20 t/h chain boiler, this paper proposes to the measures of the distribution of coal improvement, flue gas recirculation and air distribution optimization, and study on the impact of factors about the flame temperature of the chain boiler, the speed of traveling grate and drum drawing fan performance to the flue gas oxygen content and the emission concentration of NOX. The results showed the flue gas oxygen content decreased 2 %-3 %, the emission concentration of NOX less than 200 mg/m3, eliminated the influence of coal properties. Low-NOX combustion technology should be used as the first choice for NOX control technology of chain boiler. However, it is not enough to singly depend on low-NOX combustion to achieve the Long-term standard discharge.
