摘　　要：综述缓控释制剂中常见的:骨架型缓控释系统;膜缓释控释给药系统;渗透泵控释给药系统中应用的典型高分子材料的特点,并对其进行评价。In the paper, the characteristics of some typical polymer materials that used in the sustained and controlled release preparations were reviewed and evaluated. We discuss the common types of characteristics of the typical polymer materials, such as the skeleton type slow release controlled release system, the membrane controlled release drug delivery system, and osmotic pump controlled release drug delivery system.
