摘  要:分析了现有制革废水的特点和处理工艺,并结合制革废水处理站的运行状况和处理设施,提出现有制废水处理工艺和处理设施存在的问题。从预处理、水解酸化、生化处理三个主要方面对原有污水处理站进行改造并设计合理处理工艺。运行结果表明:改造后的处理工艺对COD、BOD5、NH_3-N、SS的去除率分别为:92.8%,96.0%,80.7%,95.0%,出水pH在7.0左右,出水水质稳定达到《制革及毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB30486-2013)表2中间接排放现值。Characteristics and treatment technique of the existing tannery wastewater has been analyzed, and combining with operation condition of the existing tannery wastewater treatment station and treatment facilities, the existing problems of the wastewater treatment process and treatment facilities has been put forward. The original sewage treatment station has been modified in three major ares: the pretreatment, hydrolysis acidification, biochemical treatment, and a reasonable process modification has been designed. The running results show that after the treatment process has been modified, the removal rates of COD, BOD5, NH3-N, and SS are 92.8 %, 96.0 %, 80.7 %, 95.0 %, respectively. Furthermore, the effluent pH is about 7.0, the effluent water quality is stable to reach the discharge standard of water pollutants for leather and fur making industry(GB30486-2013) indirect emissions present value in table 2.
