摘  要:针对5083铝合金封头母材产生径向裂纹进行分析,讨论发生裂纹的原因,其可能是加工过程中板材表面划伤或热压温度控制不当,使得封头母材出现表面裂纹。针对裂纹采用氩弧焊进行修补,经渗透检测和气密性试验后合格。通过5083铝合金封头裂纹探究及处理为以后提高产品质量积累了一定的经验。The radial cracks in formed head made by 5083 aluminum alloy were analyzed, reason of cracking was studied. The aluminum alloy plate which was used to make formed head might be injured and the hot-press temperature wasn't controlled correctly, both of which caused surface cracking. GTAW was chosen to make repair welding and the repair welds was examined by penetrant testing and leak testing, the results were passed. The experience which was helpful to improving quality of products was gained by this study.
