摘 要:提出了一种新颖的单反应段反应隔壁精馏塔(RDWDC-SRS),采用这种反应隔壁精馏塔替代了常规反应精馏塔(CRDS)。以乙酸丁酯和乙醇的转酯反应为例,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件,对进料和产品纯度等设定条件相同的情况下,以年总费用(TAC)为目标函数分别对RDWDC-SRS与CRDS进行了优化与比较。结果显示,与CRDS相比,RDWDC-SRS能够实现较好的分离效果,并且在一定程度上可以减少年总费用。A novel reactive dividing-wall distillation column with single reactive sections(RDWDC-SRS) is proposed as an alternative to the single reactive distillation columns in conventional reactive distillation sequence(CRDS). An illustrative example, the transesterification of Butyl acetate and ethanol, is mixtures, is chosen to evaluate and compare the novel process design with CRDC under the same basic conditions, such as feed rate, feed compositions and product purity specifications. Commercial software Aspen Plus is utilized for the simulation of RDWDC-SRS and CRDS, and minimization of total annual cost(TAC) is chosen as objective function for process design. The result shows that RDWDC-SRS is capable of achieving complete sepration of the binary mixtures of Butyl acetate and ethanol. The TAC could be decreased.
