摘　　要：目的:以丰富的天然资源蔗糖为主要原料,制备新型抗菌剂,提升蔗糖深加工利用。方法:以蔗糖为原料,通过硫酸酯化、中和及银离子交换,制备得到蔗糖八硫酸酯银。以蔗糖八硫酸酯银作为基本抗菌材料,制备得到蔗糖八硫酸酯银软膏,以此软膏作为试验药物,分别进行动物创伤、烧伤及药物对动物的毒性试验。结果:把软膏用于大鼠创伤皮肤及烧伤皮肤试验和愈合创面病理切片结果表明,该软膏具有很好的促进受损皮肤愈合作用。同时,对软膏进行大鼠急性毒性和家兔皮肤刺激性试验,结果表明该外用软膏对大鼠和家兔正常皮肤及破损皮肤无任何刺激性和过敏性反应,是一种无毒无害的绿色环保医用抗菌消炎外用软膏。[Objective] In order to improve the utilization of sucrose, a new antibacterial agent was prepared using natural sucrose as main raw material. [Methods] Taking sucrose as a raw material, a silver sucrose octasulfate was synthesized by sulfonation, neutralization and ion exchange with Ag＋. Based on silver sucrose octasulfate as basic antibacterial material, a silver sucrose octasulfate ointment was prepared and its biological activity was evaluated, for example, promoting the union of trauma and burn skin for rat, test of acute toxicity for rabbit skin.[Results] The results showed that the ointment had a good effect on the healing of injured skin. The results of rat acute toxicity and rabbit skin irritation test showed that when the ointment was used on the normal skin and damaged skin of rat and rabbit, the irritation and allergic reaction were not observed. The ointment is a harmless green product to environment friendly.
