摘　　要：大学生创新研究项目的开展旨在探索并建立一种以问题和课题为核心的新的教学模式,以改变高等院校实践教学相对薄弱、学生动手能力较弱的现状,创造一种有利于大学生创新素质培养的环境,切实培养学生的创新能力,进一步推动高校的教育教学改革。论文结合重庆医科大学本科生科研创新实验项目六年来的实际运行情况,从平台建设、制度制定、团队组建、运行模式等诸方面,总结了建立大学生创新实验项目过程管理模式的经验,为继续探究创新实验长效机制提供了有价值的参照。Undergraduate innovative experiment project,whose core is to improve students＇ capacity of solving the scientific problems,scientific practice,designing,thinking and creating,is a new education mode. The purpose of this mode is to construct a benefit environment for undergraduate innovative competence training and cultivation,thus further to promote reform of university education. Based on the practice of the innovative experiment project at Chongqing Medical University for six years,we summarized our experiences in our management of the program,such as platform construction,regime institution, team organization, and process operation. Our experiences may be valuable for establishing a long-term effective strategy in exploring innovative pilot project of undergraduate education.
