“工作岛”式机械创新实验室的建设与成效

摘　　要：为了充分发挥实验室在提高学生创新能力上的作用,提出工作岛模式的机械创新实验室的建设思路。通过以完成创新项目为主要工作目标、严格的工作时间和进度计划、组长负责制下的分工协作和"师徒制"促梯队建设四个方面强化生产企业的工作模式,营造创新工作氛围,构建学习与生产的"工作岛"。以有效服务于创新活动为原则,做到小而精;场地的配制,以最短工作路径为原则,围绕创新作品制作,形成环形岛式格局。针对创新的特殊要求从管理体制和安全管理两个方面阐述"工作岛"的运行。2年实践表明,工作岛式的机械创新实验室在培养和提高学生的创新能力上富有一定的成效。Improving engineering practice and mechanical innovation is the goal of cultivating applied talents on mechanism. Based on the role of mechanics laboratory in training students＇ practical innovation,this paper proposes a construction of mechanical innovation laboratory based on ＂Work Island＂model. On the soft environment,we take operating mode in production enterprises,create innovative working environment and build work island by setting targets and schedule,require collaboration under the group leader responsibility system,promote the echelon construction.According to the special requirements of innovation,we put a lot effort on management system innovation and safety management to illustrate this model. After two years of college practice,it turns out that mechanical innovation laboratory based on ＂Work Island＂model gains a lot on cultivating and improving student innovation.
