摘  要:为了科学、合理地评价高校校园的用能情况,规范高校能源管理体系建设,本文对国内外绿色校园、绿色建筑和用能评价等相关评价体系进行了特征、内容和构建方法等分析,结合我国高校用能特征和管理需求,提出了定性和定量相结合的高校校园合理用能综合评价方法。基于2011-2014年上海地区高校能源资源的消耗统计数据,以及上海15所公办高校的76幢重点用能建筑和相应校园的能源审计结果,通过能耗分析、指标筛选、模型构建、实例对标,建立了上海地区高校校园合理用能综合评价指标体系,为学校在组织与制度构建、节约资源政策制定、节能技术应用和节能运行监管体系建设等方面提供参考。For scientific and reasonable evaluating the campus energy consumption, standardizing the energy management system's construction,this paper analyzes the characteristics,contents and construction methods for the relevant evaluation system in domestic and abroad,for example,the green campus,the green building and energy evaluation system. Basing on the characteristics of energy consumption and management requirements for campus,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. While with the energy statistics in colleges and universities in Shanghai from 2011 to 2014,as well as 76 key campus buildings in 15 universities,it is explored how to establish the evaluation index system for reasonable consumption of energy in colleges and universities in shanghai through energy consumption analysis,index selection,model building and instance for standard. This energy comprehensive evaluation index system will provide reference for the campus' management,technology application and energy efficiency supervision.
