“十二五”期间我国危险化学品事故统计及建议

摘　　要："十二五"期间,我国共发生危险化学品事故1 058起,危险化学品事故的发生给我国带来了巨大的经济损失,严重影响了人们的正常生活。从这些事故的发生时间、地点、物理表象、发生环节等方面进行了统计;并重点分析了各环节中事故发生的原因,提出了针对性的预防措施;最后基于"十二五"的事故统计分析结果以及新的时代背景为"十三五"期间制定危化品安全管理提出了建议。During the＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂period,there were a total of 1058 cases of hazardous chemical accidents in China. Chemical accidents brought huge economic losses to our country,affecting people＇s normal life seriously. This article from detail items such as occurrence time,place,physical appearance,links and so on has carried on the statistics,and analyzed the cause of the accidents in the various sectors,meanwhile the corresponding prevention measures are put forward. Based on the＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂accident statistics analysis results and new background of the times,development of safety management of hazardous chemicals on ＂Thirteenth Five-Year＂are proposed.
