低碳经济下发电企业运行维护模式研究

摘　　要：国家倡导低碳经济,以碳基能源为主体的发电行业面临新的整合。为解决由电源结构调整带来的电力从业人员配置不均问题,提出以专业运维为特色的电厂经营管理新模式,从潜在市场、技术可行性、收益3方面分析了新模式的可行性,可为低碳经济条件下发电企业提供借鉴。China advocates low-carbon economy,the power industry which based on the carbon energy is facing a new integration. In order to solve the problem of personnel allocation inequality in power industry which caused by the structure adjustment of power source,proposing a new management model characterized by professional operation for the power plant. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the new model in three aspects： potential market,technical feasibility and profit,which can provide reference for power generation enterprises in low carbon economy.
