摘　　要：分项是对公路工程项目的科学认知和合理表达,不同的管理目的和视角会产生不同的分项标准,如概预算项目表、概算定额子目、工程量清单子目、质量检验分项等分项标准,它们的管理目的和视角及表现形式的现状是什么?它们能不能统一?又如何相对地统一?Sub-item criteria are the scientific understanding and rational expression to highway engineering project. Different management objectives and perspectives will produce different sub-item criteria. Such as budget items, budget quota subheadings,engineering quantity list subheadings, quality inspection item standard. What is the management purpose and perspective and the present situation of the form. Can they be unified? How to relatively unify them?
