民办高校教师满意度实证分析

摘　　要：以提高民办高校教师满意度为出发点,采用分层抽样方式对民办高校教师满意度进行实证分析,对试卷可信度进行检验,运用主成分分析法简化测量指标,确定测量指标权重,最后提出提高民办高校教师满意度的方法:修订和完善民办高校的管理机制;降低工作量,提高薪酬待遇;提高民办高校的基础设施建设和服务意识。In order to improve the teachers' satisfaction in private university, stratified sampling method is used to carry out the empirical analysis of the teachers' satisfaction in private university and inspect the reliability of the test paper. Analytic hierarchy process is used to simplify the measurement index and determine the index weight. Finally, the method of improving the teachers' satisfaction is put forward: establish and perfect management system, reduce the work amount, raise the pay, improve infrastructure construction and the awareness of service.
