摘　　要：本文基于对工程项目招投标过程的风险解析,分析了工程项目招投标过程中对于风险的相应的应对策略,通过问卷调查法以及资料搜集法等等方式从实例出发对招投标过程中的风险控制措施进行讨论,最终得出合理的工程项目招投标风险预防控制方式,完成风险控制。Based on the risk analysis of project bidding process, this paper analyzes the corresponding strategies for the risk in project bidding process. Through the questionnaire survey, data collection and other methods, the risk control measures in the bidding process are discussed. Finally, the reasonable risk prevention and control methods of project bidding are obtained to complete risk control.
