摘  要:随着包钢电网电力系统自动化技术水平不断提高,新建综合自动化变电站,从技术上实现无人值班和远方监控已经是包钢电网发展的必然趋势。利用自动化通信技术,把若干个无人值守站所的信息,传到一个集控站,由集控站运行人员进行监控变电站的日常管理和各种操作。集控站的建立,由原来的"调度中心+变电站(几十个)"模式,变为"调度中心+集控站+变电站"新的运行管理模式。借鉴国内外成熟的实践经验,无人(少人)值守的管理模式,已经在宝钢、首钢得到了成功应用。稀土钢板材公司电网采用了能源电力调度-集控站-无人值守变电站的新的监控运行管理模式,作为包钢电网运行管理模式创新的方案,实现了稀土钢板材公司大部分变电站无人值守。集控站的建立,大大改善了对无人值守变电站的运行管理、监控和维护,并改善了稀土钢板材公司各区域电网的结构,实现了变电站管理的分层、分级管理,意义重大。With the continuous improvement of the power system automation technology of Btsteel grid, the new-integrated automation substations realize unattended and remote monitoring by technology is the inevitable trend of the development of Btsteel power grid. By using the automatic communication technology, the information of a number of unattended stations is transmitted to a centralized control station, which is monitored by the staff in centralized control station to monitor the daily management and operation of the substation.Building the control station changes the original mode of 'dispatch center + substation(dozens)' to the new operation management mode of 'dispatch center + centralized control station + substation'. By learning the domestic and foreign mature experience, unattended(few people) management mode has successfully applied in Baosteel and Shougang. The grid of Rare Earth Steel Plate Co., Ltd. uses a new monitoring operation management mode of energy power dispatch- centralized control station- unattended substation as the innovative plan of grid operation and management mode of Baosteel to achieve the unattended substation of Rare Earth Steel Plate Co., Ltd. The establishment of centralized control station greatly improves the operation management, monitoring and maintenance of unattended substation, and improves the power grid structure in every region of Rare Earth Steel Plate Co., Ltd. and achieves the layered and hierarchical management of the substation. It is of great significance.
