摘　　要：起重机小车啃轨容易造成电机烧毁或传动机构损坏,严重的会造成脱轨事故;但啃轨原因千差万别,如果不能抓住主要矛盾,延误解决问题良机将造成不良后果。本文应用鱼剌分析法进行了影响因素疏理,并针对主要原因提出了处置措施,对基层技术人员有一定的借鉴作用。The chewing rails of the crane is easy to cause the motor burned or transmission damaged, and if serious will cause derail accident. But the reasons vary, and if you can not grasp the main contradiction, the delay to solve the problem will cause adverse consequences. The paper used fish spine analysis method to reorganize the influencing factors, and put forward treatment measures in view of the main reasons, which had a certain reference for technical personnel in primary level.
