摘  要:为了全面掌握燃-燃联合动力(COGAG)装置的工作特性,选择ADAMS环境和SIMULINK环境开发装置系统仿真模型,实现了并车、负荷分配、突增/突减负荷、负荷转移以及解列等工作过程的系统仿真。仿真结果表明:在并车和负荷分配过程中,两台自动同步(SSS)离合器中间件传递扭矩的变化规律刚好相反,与轻载机连接的SSS离合器的中间件传递扭矩逐渐增加,当油阻尼起作用或者中间件与主动件发生碰撞时,中间件传递扭矩突增后回落;在并车过程中,轻载机输出轴转速始终略高于重载机输出轴转速,当与轻载机连接的SSS离合器的油阻尼起作用或者中间件与主动件发生碰撞时,轻载机输出轴转速突减后缓慢降低,重载机输出轴转速突增后也缓慢降低;在解列过程中,与轻载机连接的SSS离合器的中间件传递扭矩为负值,重载机为轻载机分担了部分阻力功率。基于SIMULINK/ADAMS协同的系统仿真方法可以为COGAG装置研制提供有效的参考数据。To understand the performance characteristics of a combined gas turbine and gas turbine(COGAG ) de-vice ,this paper chooses ADAMS and SIMULINK to develop a system simulation model,which realizes the simula-tion analysis of the process of parallel operation,load distribution, sudden load increase, sudden load decrease, load transfer,and splitting. The simulation result shows that (i) in the process of parallel operation and load distribution ,the change laws of the torque which is transferred by the middle part of two SSS clutches are just contrary, (ii ) the transmitted torque of the SSS clutchrs middle part which connects with light load machine increases gradually when the oil damping works or the middle part and active part collide, (iii ) the torque transmitted by the middle part decreases after sudden increase, (iv) in the process of parallel operation,the rotation speed of the output shaft of the light load machines is always higher than the speed of the heavy load machine when oil damping of the SSS clutch which connects with light load machine works or the middle part and active part collide, (v) the speed of the light load machine's output shaft decreases slowly after sudden drop and the speed of the heavy load machine' s output shaft decreases slowly after sudden increase,and (vi) in the process of splitting,the torque transmitted by middle parts of the SSS clutch which connects with the light load machine is negative and the heavy load machine shares some resistance power for the light load machine. The way of system simulation which is based on the SIMULINK/ADAMS cooperation can provide useful data for the research on a COGAG device.
