摘 要:对铁基非晶粉末(Fe_(73.5)Si_(13.5)B_9Nb_3Cu_1)进行等温退火和球磨处理,获得球磨的非晶粉末和球磨的退火非晶粉末。分析铁粉和3种非晶粉末对甲基橙溶液的降解率,研究铁基非晶粉末降解甲基橙溶液的能力,考察温度、溶液初始pH值、粉末投加量对铁基非晶粉末降解甲基橙溶液的影响。结果表明:与铁粉、球磨的非晶粉末和球磨的退火非晶粉末相比,铁基非晶粉末对甲基橙溶液的降解效果更好,质量浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液的降解率在23 h内可达97%;温度升高、甲基橙溶液初始p H值降低均有利于提高铁基非晶粉末对甲基橙溶液的降解率;粉末投加量对铁基非晶粉末降解甲基橙溶液有较大影响,本实验最佳铁基非晶粉末投加量为0.30 g(4.29 mg/m L),当粉末投加量增加为0.70 g(10 mg/m L)时,降解率下降。Ball-milled amorphous powder and ball-milled annealed amorphous powder were obtained fromFe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3Cu1 amorphous powder, which were treated by isothermal anneal and ball milling. Comparing thedegradation rates of iron powder and the 3 kinds of amorphous powder to methyl orange solution, the degradationproperty of methyl orange solution by Fe- based amorphous powder (Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3Cu1) was studied, and theeffects of reaction temperature, initial pH value of methyl orange solution and powder dosage on methyl orangesolution by Fe-based amorphous powder were also investigated. The results indicate that the Fe-based amorphouspowder performs better on the degradation of methyl orange solution compared with iron powder, ball-milledamorphous powder and ball-milled annealed amorphous powder, which can degrade 10 mg/L methyl orangesolution near 97% within 23 h; higher temperature and lower pH value of methyl orange solution lead to theincrease of degradation efficiency of methyl orange solution. The amount of Fe-based amorphous powder has asignificant influence on the degradation of methyl orange; the optimum Fe- based amorphous powder dosage is0.30 g in this experiment, and the degradation efficiency can be reduced with the increase of the powder dosagefrom 0.30 g to 0.70 g.
