摘  要:采用普通涂料加工方法制备一种偏高岭地聚物(IP)和苯丙乳液(OP)复合基料的红外反射隔热涂料,并对其反射和隔热性能进行表征分析.结果表明:m(IP)/m(OP)为0.3-1.0 时,随地聚物含量增加,复合基料涂层的硬度和脆性同时增大;m(IP)/m(OP)〉1.0 时,基料室温储存的稳定性下降;以m(IP)/m(OP)=0.5 的复合基料为基础制备红外反射隔热涂料,其反射率和隔热性能在随金红石型TiO2和中空玻璃微珠含量的变化过程中出现极大值,即TiO2质量分数为20%时反射率为0.91,涂TiO2与中空玻璃微珠质量比为0.6 的红外反射隔热涂料的硅钙板正反面温降△t 为11℃;涂仅加入TiO2粉体的红外反射隔热涂料的硅钙板受碘钨灯照射后其正反面温降达3℃.Infrared reflection and thermal insulation (IRTI) coating was prepared based on film forming materials(FFM) of metakaolin geopolymer (IP) and styrene- acrylic emulsion (OP) by ordinary paint processing method.Its infrared reflection and thermal insulation properties were characterized and analyzed. Results show that asm(IP)/m(OP) is the range of 0.3-1.0, the hardness and fragility of FFM film are synchronously improved with theincreasing of IP content; as m(IP)/m(OP)〉1.0, the storage stability at room temperature for FFM decreases. Forthe resulting IRTI coating specimens based on the FFM with m(IP)/m(OP) of 0.5, their properties of infraredreflection and thermal insulation are varied with adding amount of TiO2 (rutile type) and hollow glass beads(HGB). The maximum value of infrared reflective rate is 0.91 with TiO2 mass fraction of 20%, and the maximumvalue of temperature difference (Dt) through the calcium-silicate plate is 11 ℃, which is coated with IRTI coatingof m(HGB)/m(TiO2)=0.6. For the plate only coated with IRTI coating of TiO2, Dt reaches 3 ℃ as it is shined byiodine-tungsten lamp.
