摘  要:为了对一定空间分布范围内的推进剂羽流烟雾进行光透过率的动态测量,建立了固体推进剂羽流烟雾遮蔽能力的视频图像测试系统。处理测量图像与背景图像获得测量图像的对比度,转换中性衰减片的测量结果为透过率。根据测量模型建立了测试系统,并进行了验证测试。结果表明,视频图像测量方法具有较大的空间测试范围,可以获得烟雾分布等更多信息,减小了环境背景光辐射的干扰。该方法所得数据的重复性好、系统稳定性好,可用于推进剂羽流烟雾光透过率的准确测量。In order to dynamically measure the light transmittance of plumesmoke distributed in a large space,a video-image test system for solid propellant plume-smoke shielding ability was established.The measuring images and the background images were processed to obtain the contrast of the measured image,and the measurement results of the neutral optical attenuator calibrate and convert into the transmittance.The test system was established according to the measurement model and the verification test was performed.The results show that the video image measurement method has a larger measurement field of view,it can obtain more information on smoke distribution etc.,and can reduce the interference of the light radiation of environmental background.The data obtained from this method has good repeatability and good system stability,this method can be used for accurate measurement of the plumesmoke light transmittance of propellant.
