中老年人以老养老意愿及时间储蓄意愿的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查中老年人以老养老意愿及时间储蓄意愿,分析相关因素,为有关部门制定养老策略提供参考依据。[方法]采用便利抽样法选取福州市中老年人662人,应用以老养老意愿及时间储蓄意愿问卷进行入户问卷调查。[结果]中老年人以老养老意愿得分为(66.12±10.79)分,时间储蓄意愿每年为(4.78±2.31)周,处于中等意愿;多元回归分析显示:以老养老意愿与文化程度有关(P<0.05);时间储蓄意愿与年龄、职业、文化程度有关(P<0.05)。[结论]发展年轻老人照顾高龄老人的以老养老模式具有一定的可能性与可行性。Objective：To investigate the willingness of middle and aged people on pension by elderly and time bank and analyze the related reasons,so as to provide the references for the relevant departments making the pension strategies.Methods：The convenience sampling method was used to select the middle and aged people in Fuzhou city,and the questionnaire survey was carried out.Results：The willingness of pension by elderly score was（66.12±10.79）,the willingness of time bank was（4.78±2.31）weeks every year,which were in the middle level of the willingness;the multiple regression analysis showed that the willingness of pension by elderly had relationship with the educational level（P〈0.05）;while the willingness of time bank had relationship with age,occupation and educational level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The developing of pension by elderly model in which younger elderly took care of the older elderly was possibility and feasibility.
