摘　　要：目的：观察经皮椎弓根钉固定系统治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法采用经皮椎弓根钉固定系统治疗35例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者，比较手术前后 VAS 评分、ODI、Cobb 角、椎体塌陷率及神经功能Frankel分级。结果患者均获得随访，时间6-18个月。患者术后VAS评分、ODI、Cobb角、椎体塌陷率、神经功能Frankel分级指标均较术前明显改善，差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0．05）。结论经皮椎弓根钉固定系统可用于治疗无明显脊髓神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折。Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous pedicle screw system in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods Thirty-five patients were treated by percutaneous pedicle screw fixation system. VAS, ODI, Cobb angle, vertebral body collapse rate and Frankel classification were compared between preoperation and postoperation. Results Patients had been followed up for 6-18 months. There were significant differences in the VAS, ODI, Cobb angle, vertebral body collapse rate and Frankel classification between the preoperative and post-operative（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation system can be used in the treatment of no obvious spinal cord or nerve injury of thoracolumbar fractures.
