摘　　要：本文介绍了日本国立图书馆残障读者服务的情况,包括其服务政策,数字与网络服务、到馆服务等服务内容,以及其面向馆员开展服务培训的情况,并进一步提出了对我国残障读者服务工作的启示:一是健全政策法规,二是提高到馆服务的针对性,三是加强网络服务和资源共享,四是加强培训。The paper gives an introduction of the services for the disabled in the National Diet Library of Ja-pan, including its policies, digital and network services, on - site services as well as staff training. Then,the paper further puts forward suggestions for our country,s services for the disabled such as improving relevant rules and regu-lations ,enhancing targeted services, increasing internet resources and sharing as well as strengthening staff training.
