摘 要:美国WELL标准体系近期受到广泛关注。本文就其涉及的空气部分中较为重要且有明确规定的参数限值与我国相关标准或规范进行比较,发现WELL标准限值要求大部分高于国内要求,且在某些条件下实施困难。考虑到中国目前环境质量仍然有待改善,指出WELL标准在我国完全实现还有很多障碍,须从规划、设计阶段开始介入,贯穿整个建筑生命周期,才能较好地实现WELL认证的理念,国内建筑须避免为认证而落入的评价空转。Recently, WELL building standards have drawn wide attention. The important air limits specifically stated in WELL building standards are compared with those stated in the relevant domestic standards. It is found that most of the limits stated in WELL building standards are stricter than those stated in the domestic standards, which is difficult to implement on certain conditions. Considering the fact that the environment quality is still at a low level in China, it is difficult to carry out the WELL building standards. It should start from the plan and design stage, and span the design concept throughout the lifecycle of the building, so as to fulfill the WELL certification concept and avoid the provision falling in application.
