摘　　要：介绍两种钢导轨板镶装工艺,从选材、计算、工艺等方面进行详细的分析,阐述工艺要点和使用建议,解决了镶装钢导轨板的稳定性、可靠性问题,为滚滑复合导轨的推广应用奠定了基础。Two kinds of procedures on steel-inlaid guide plate were introduced. The detailed analysis was carried on from the aspects of material selection,calculation and procedure. The technological points and advice for use were expounded. And the problems of stability and reliability on steel-inlaid guide rail were resolved. The research lays foundation for the popularization and application on rolling and sliding composited guide rail.
