摘 要:针对某厂钢管矫直过程系统的技术改造,提出基于钢管六辊快开矫直机液压系统的设计方案,对液压站和液压系统进行了方案设计,对主要液压元件进行了计算及选型;同时对矫直机的控制系统及监控系统进行了说明。实际应用表明:改造后的矫直机过程系统具有矫直精度高、矫直速度快等优点,提高了钢管产品的质量。Aiming at technical reform of the steel tube straightening process system in a factory,the design scheme of the hydraulic system of the six-roll straightening machine for the steel tube was put forward,scheme design of hydraulic system,design calculation and selection of hydraulic components for hydraulic system were discussed in details,meanwhile,control system and monitoring system for straighten machine were discussed in details too. The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of high accuracy,fast speed,and so on,by which the quality of the tube products can be improved.
