摘  要:在液压系统中经常出现多缸顺序动作,针对顺序动作液压系统电气控制回路设计时常出现调试时间长或设计的电气控制回路复杂等情况,把X-D图法应用到顺序动作液压系统电气控制回路的设计上,并根据液压系统常需要中间继电器进行自锁的特点,提出X-D-J(信号-动作-继电器)图法,将中间继电器信号也一起表示在图中,直观地反映出故障信号,方便障碍信号消除,快捷构建执行信号。实践证明:该方法设计效率高,设计的电气控制回路结构简单,降低设计成本,为多缸顺序动作液压系统的电气控制回路设计与检验提供一种直观的方法。In multiple cylinders sequentially-controlled hydraulic system,to solve the problems that the design of electrical control circuit is often complex or debugging for a long time,the X- D diagram method was applied to the design of electrical control circuit in sequentially-controlled hydraulic system,and using the characteristics that electrical control circuit of hydraulic system often needed to self-locked by relays,X- D- J( signal-action-relay) diagram method was proposed. The intermediate relay signal was also expressed in the graph,so the obstacle signal would be reflected intuitively and the executive signal could be quickly built. Practice has proved that the method has higher efficiency,more simple structure of electrical circuit and lower cost,an intuitive approach is provided for electrical circuit design and test in sequentially-controlled hydraulic system.
