摘　　要：针对电梯平衡补偿链焊缝强度的拉伸检测问题,设计了电梯平衡补偿链焊缝强度自动拉伸检测系统,包括双斜楔联动夹紧机构、单向止回机构、链条导向装置、牵引机构和控制系统,实现了电梯补偿链的"逐段拉伸、逐段送进、连续工作"的全自动工作方式,有效地提高了工作效率,降低了工人劳动强度。Aiming at the tensile testing of the weld strength of the elevator balance compensation chain,the automatic tension test system for the weld strength of the elevator balance compensation chain was designed,including double wedge linkage clamping mechanism,one-way check mechanism,chain guide device,traction mechanism and control system. The full automatic working mode of the elevator compensation chain,which was a section of a stretch,a section of the feed,and a continuous operation,was realized,which effectively improved the working efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers.
