摘 要:传统开卷机控制系统采用变频断续送料方式,开卷机频繁启停所产生的冲击电流势必缩短变频器及电动机的使用寿命。介绍一种控制器,可根据卷材的厚度及加工参数计算出变频器在卷材零件加工单位周期内的转速,从而实现开卷机的变频连续送料控制。较为详尽地阐述了控制器原理、组成及变频器频率输出的计算方法。实践证明:该控制器操作简单、方便,运行稳定,控制精度高,有效降低了开卷机频繁启停所产生的冲击电流,保护了变频器及电动机。In traditional uncoiler controlling system,frequency conversion intermittent feeding method is adopted,thus the impulse current generated by the frequent start-stop will certainly shorten the service life of the inverter and motor. A kind of controller was introduced,by which the revolving speed of the inverter in the unit cycle of the coiled parts processing could be calculated according to the thickness and the processing parameters of the coiled materials,so as to realize the continuous feeding control of the uncoiler.The controller principle,composition and the calculation method of the frequency output of the inverter were illustrated in detail. Practice has proved that this controller is easy and convenient to operate,with stable running and high control precision,it can effectively reduce the impulse current generated by the frequent start-stop of the uncoiler,and protects the inverter and motor.
