重大工程项目社会稳定风险评估实证分析——以凯里某变电站工程为例

摘　　要：文章以贵州省凯里市供电局某500k V变电站工程项目为例,将社会稳定风险理论引入其中,对其社会稳定风险评估进行实证分析。从该工程项目的合法性、科学性、合理性、可行性、安全性等几个方面进行了单项和综合分析,从而得出了该工程项目社会稳定风险程度低的结论,并提出了相应的风险防范措施。这一研究成果,将为今后重大工程的社会稳定风险评估提供借鉴作用。This paper takes a 500 k V substation engineering project in Kaili Power Supply Bureau as an example, introduces the theory of social stability risk, and uses empirical analysis on its social stability risk assessment. The author has made a personal and comprehensive analysis from the project's legality, scientific, rationality, feasibility, safety and so on. The conclusion of this project is that the social stability risk of the project is low, and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention measures. The results of this study will provide reference for the future social stability risk assessment of major projects.
