摘  要:青鱂鱼是国际标准组织(ISO)推荐为毒性实验的标准用鱼之一,近年来被广泛的用于环境监测领域。本研究对青鳉鱼的人工繁殖情况进行了一定的观察。在光照对青鳉产卵的研究中,发现在日夜比为16:8的情况下,青鳉的日平均产卵量最大,因此16:8是青鳉产卵的最适宜的光照时间;在温度对青鳉产卵影响的研究中,发现在水温26.0℃条件下,青鳉的日平均产卵量最大,26.0℃是青鳉产卵的最适水温。The medaka is a kind of standard fish used for toxicity test, which has been recommended by International Standards Organization(ISO), and in recent years has been widely used in the field of environmental monitoring. The study on artificial breeding of medaka is also investigated. In the study of the impact of light on oviposition of medaka, it is found that when the ratio of day and night is16:8, the average daily fecundity of medaka is maximum, so this ratio is the most suitable illumination time for oviposition of medaka; and in the study of the effect of temperature, found in the water temperature of 26.0℃, the average daily fecundity is maximum and 26.0℃ is the most suitable water temperature.
