社区患者对分级诊疗满意度的文献综述——以北京、广州两地为例

摘　　要：目的:综述当前北京市、广州市两地社区患者对分级诊疗实施效果的满意度,提出完善两地社区卫生服务质量的建议。结果:两地社区患者对分级诊疗了解程度均偏低,对医联体内社区卫生服务质量满意度处于中上等水平。在医疗费用方面,两地致力于推行合理的医保政策,但目前还在探索阶段。建议:提高社区卫生服务的技术、人员力量、资源配置等要素,在社区服务机构加强分级诊疗的宣传力度,从而提高患者对社区医院医疗水平的满意度,促进医联体的快速稳健发展。Objectives: To review research literatures on degree of satisfaction among patients in communities tiered health care system of Beijing and Guangzhou cities, and to put forward recommendations on improving community health service. Results: The awareness rate of tiered health care system was low, the satisfaction degree in community health service were in a medium to high level. Although both of Beijing and Guangzhou were focusing on carrying out reasonable health insurance, the cities were still in exploring. Recommendations:Based on these findings, several policy suggestions on promoting the rapidly development of District Medical Association and improving patients' satisfaction degree are raised in the article, which include improving the technical level, medical personnel quality and medical resources allocation, and enhancing the level of publicity in communities.
