无创正压通气技术联合沙丁胺醇治疗急性重症哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察无创通气技术联合沙丁胺醇治疗急性重症哮喘的疗效.方法：选取我院2 0 1 4年1 2 月-2015年1 2 月收治的急性重症哮喘急性发作患者共8 6 例,分为观察组和对照组.观察组患者在急性重症哮喘的临床治疗过程中采用无创正压通气治疗技术,对照组患者在急性重症哮喘疾病的治疗中采用常规的治疗方法.结果：两组患者在治疗后的各个时间段上,观察组患者的测量指标更加稳定,改善情况也比对照组明显.结论：无创正压通气技术具有较强的控制能力,宜在实际的治疗过程中使用和推广.Objective:To observe the effect of noninvasive ventilation combined with salbutamol in treatment of acute severe asthma.Methods:in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were acute severe asthma exacerbations in patients with a total of 86 cases,divided into observation group and control group.The clinical treatment of the patients in the observation group in acute severe asthma using noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy,control group patients with conventional treatment in the treatment of acute severe asthma disease was used.Results:two groups of patients after treatment in each time segment,observation index patients more stable,improve the situation also obviously than the control group.Conclusion:noninvasive positive pressure ventilation technology has strong control Force,should be used in the actual treatment process and promotion.
