摘　　要：本文将承包商项目绩效预测作为研究的核心问题,基于承包商风险控制能力评估构建起施工承包商选择模型,通过对承包商在拟建项目中的表现进行绩效预测,使得雇主在选择承包商时,有更可靠的依据和更明确的尺度。This paper takes the project performance prediction of the contractor as the core problem of the research. The selection model of construction contractor is established by the contractor risk control capability evaluation. Performance prediction is carried out by the performance of the contractor in the proposed project to make the employer has a more reliable basis and a more specific standard when choosing the contractor.
